How It Works

NEW TO FUSE BEADS?

Fuse beads are tiny, colorful beads that work just like pixels.

Place them on a pegboard, follow a pattern like you’re coloring by numbers, then fuse them together with heat. That’s it—you’ve turned a handful of beads into pixel art you can hold!

No drawing skills needed. Just pick a pattern and start placing.

BEFORE YOU START

All you need is:

• A pattern
• Fuse beads
• A pegboard
• Ironing paper
• An iron—and a grown-up to help

Got everything? Let’s make some pixels.

STEP 01: PICK YOUR PIXELS

Start with a complete kit, or choose a pattern and build your own bead palette. Set out your pattern, pegboard, beads and tools—then you’re ready to create.

STEP 02: PLACE THEM, PIXEL BY PIXEL

Match each square in the pattern with the corresponding bead color. Use a bead pen for faster placement and tweezers for precise details and corrections.

One bead equals one pixel—and the image appears piece by piece.

STEP 03: FUSE. COOL. FINISH

Once every bead is in place, fuse the design with controlled heat. Always use ironing paper between the beads and the heating surface, then let the finished piece cool flat.

*Fusing involves high heat and must be completed by an adult or with close adult supervision.*
